The aim is to boost the person to their next level of mental and physical fitness and help them soar as never before in their physical conditioning.
The Maximum Power portion of the Boot Camp Elite system is crystallized in a 53 minute Tae Bo advanced exercise workout. It is constructed to help a person reach their maximum power. This is done using various strengthening routines that once again employ the weighted resistance bands. It focuses on strengthening the biceps, triceps, and the shoulders with body twists and punches interspersed into the workout to create the best results.
