Community Driven Network Marketing - Occupy The City Can Change Your Life
July 23rd, 2008
One of the problems for someone coming into network marketing is the learning curve. We’re not just talking about learning about the industry as whole but it’s the sub categories within the business a person has to be.
Actually, this is not just a problem for new network marketers; it also applies to those who have tried and failed over and over again.
There are a number of reasons why people “flunk out” of their business but one that isn’t spoken about too much is the need for someone to be a “jack of all trades.” In other words, they need to be a salesperson, motivator, recruiter, interviewer and trainer.
The simple truth is, most people don’t possess these skills and if you’ve been told you don’t need them then you’ve been lied too.
Community Based Network Marketing
There is a new trend emerging in the network marketing world. Yes, The Renegade Network Marketer has been responsible for the attraction marketing and pre-sell boom but we’re talking about community based network marketing.
In a nutshell, community network marketing is about using a person’s strengths within an organization and capitalizing on them.
Occupy The City is a community based network marketing group who’s sole aim is to focus on making each and everyone of it’s members work towards one common goal - success for everyone.
The beauty about community based network marketing is a person can opt not to be a salesperson, a motivator, recruiter, interview or trainer if they don’t want to. But how can this be?
Easy! Simply, community network marketing harnesses the individual strengths of it’s members and puts them to utilizes them.
That is, if someone is a good recruiter then that’s the role they’re assigned within the group. If someone has excellent sales skills then that’s what they will be asked to contribute.
So instead of having to worry about doing the things you’re uncomfortable at or not good at, you instead will concentrate on what you’re proficient at and work to it.
People can be separated into categories such as internet marketing, sales and content and writing but all working towards one purpose - that is the ultimate goal of the group to achieve financial success for everyone involved.
It’s a powerful concept and if you have tried and failed at network marketing in the past and think you have something to offer, then a community network marketing business could be the right vehicle to your financial success.
